I work for a delivery service and have done quite a few pickups from this location over the last year. The staff is friendly. The order is almost always ready when I arrive and on the rare occasion it hasn't been, they offer me a drink while I wait and normally I am waiting for fresh ingredients to come up anyway. So it is worth the wait so my customers are happy with their food. I have found myself stopping back in after shifts to pick up dinner for myself and haven't been disappointed in the food . If you are in the area try this chipotle. Even if there is a line to the door I guarantee you will enjoy the food and the wait won't seem so bad
The person on salsa last night was super nice to me and my friends who came to order. She smiled the whole time and she had a positive attitude
The steak was AMAZING, service was good although. The girl who was on the salsa station was respectful & so nice. She asked if everything was okay. Before i got to the front, she kept going to the back grabbing stuff. She kept up with everything, even when she had to do the online orders.
WOW! Do you love burritos? Do you appreciate employees who go the extra mile? Are you currently near 5th Avenue? Well, my gosh, this is your only quality dining choice. Don't walk, RUN! to this fine establishment. You won't regret it.
As for the 5 star reviewers, I assume they are paid shills or confusing this place with a different location?
I have never written a review before, but I had to for this place. It is the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. I only go because it close to my house. Parking lot is tiny and 1/3 of the spaces seem to be occupied by employees. Food is hit or miss, they are out of steak half time. Employees are nice, but they seem to hate each other. If you see more than 3 people in line, keep driving, you'll be there for around 20 minutes.
